CCYM – Student Leadership Opportunities 2013-14

We are entering a new season for our Conference Council on Youth Ministries team! The terms for CCYM leaders run from June-June, which means it is time to start accepting applications for the 2013-2014 term! CCYM exists to energize and equip the local church youth ministries of the Central Texas Conference. Our teams, hospitality, publicity, worship, missions, and organization, are committed to serving local churches to have vital and vibrant youth ministries. Students receive leadership training and an opportunity to explore ministry opportunities. The commitment to serve as a team leader is very high but there is room for all on the committees.

There are three ways to join CCYM – two for students and one for adults.

Adults should be prepared to facilitate and motivate student leaders, guide them to accomplish tasks, and know when to get out of the way and allow students to lead.
